What your opponent sees
Public facilities use their directory address. For a community or private place, the other side sees only the place name and city while an offer is pending. The exact address becomes available only after that offer is accepted.
Who can see an accepted private address
Exact access is limited to the current players on both sides, an eligible guardian acting for a participating child, and organizers scoped to that Event. Leaving the roster, being replaced, revocation, expiry, or a safety report removes exact access. A service or support credential alone is not enough.
Private-home safeguards
Private residences cannot be public directory entries or Event defaults. They cannot be offered when a current participant is a minor or their age is not verified. Access instructions expire separately from the address revision.
Offline, calendars, and directions
Creating a private place requires an internet connection so the raw address is never saved to the offline queue. Calendar exports and subscriptions use the same access decision as the app: exact while authorized, coarse after access is removed. Only open directions from the accepted appointment surface.
Change, revoke, or report
The person who supplied a place can revoke it from the match. Any current participant can report an incorrect, unsafe, inaccessible, or privacy-sensitive place; reporting immediately stops exact disclosure while the organizer reviews it. Address corrections create a new immutable revision instead of rewriting match history.
