Schedule windows and deadlines
Each round or fixture gets a schedule window and a play-by deadline set by the organizer. The window says when the match should be arranged; the deadline is the last day it can be played before the organizer's published no-play policy applies.
A published fixture may show only its opponent and play-by window at first. The exact time and court are optional until you agree them: you can propose a time here, or arrange it with your opponent by email, phone, or messaging and enter the score when the match has been played.
Proposing a time
For player-arranged matches, either side can propose a match time. The opponent can accept, counter with a different time, or decline with a reason. Accepting locks the appointment and both sides get reminders as it approaches.
Rainouts and facility closures
Weather and facility problems happen. When a match is rained out or a facility closes, the match returns to scheduling with a weather or facility exception noted, and the organizer can extend the play-by deadline for the affected matches. Organizer-run event days announce their own delay procedures on the event page.
Rescheduling
A locked appointment can be rescheduled by agreement — one side proposes a new time and the other accepts — up against the play-by deadline. A match that reaches its deadline unplayed is resolved by the organizer under the event's published policy.
Reminders and calendars
Schedule changes update your reminders automatically, and calendar exports reflect the latest confirmed appointment. If you export a match to your calendar and the time later changes, re-export or check the event page for the current time.
