Pilot policy — 2026-06. This summary explains what Sports Axiom collects during the pilot and how it is used; it may be updated as the product matures.
What we collect
Your email and password (stored securely), your display name and profile details, and the competition activity you take part in. If you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email from that provider.
How we use it
To create and secure your account, to run the competitions you join, to send service emails such as the confirmation link, and to enforce these terms. We do not sell your personal information.
Organizer responsibilities
Organizers use Sports Axiom to record and publish competition operations, such as rosters, schedules, and scores. The organizer conducting the competition is responsible for the information it enters, the people it authorizes, participant communications, and handling competition-specific questions or disputes. Contact that organizer first about tournament records; contact Sports Axiom support for platform-account or data-rights requests.
Messaging and visibility
Player-to-player messaging is off unless you allow it, and you can change that at any time. Minor accounts have additional protections and stay inactive until a guardian records consent.
Your choices
You can update your profile and messaging preferences from your account. For questions about your data, or to request access or deletion, contact your organizer or Sports Axiom support. See also our Terms of Service.
