Discoverability is opt-in
Other players cannot look you up unless you choose to be discoverable. Player-to-player messaging is off unless you allow it, and you can change both preferences at any time from your profile settings.
Your contact details stay private
Sports Axiom never shows your email address or phone number to other players by default. Match coordination happens inside the product — proposals, confirmations, and event rooms — so you can arrange play without handing out personal contact information.
Minor players
Accounts for players under the applicable minimum age require a guardian, and a minor account stays inactive until guardian consent is recorded. Youth divisions apply stricter contact rules: coordination for a minor routes through the recorded guardian contact, not the player.
Moderation tools
You can mute or block another player, and you can report content or behavior that breaks the community guidelines. Reports go to review; organizers and Sports Axiom can suspend accounts that break the rules.
Public pages vs participant rooms
Public event pages show competition results and first names or display names as configured by the event. Participant-only spaces — rosters with contact coordination, match threads — are visible only to people in the event. Nothing in a participant room is published to the open web.
