Many players hold a rating outside Sports Axiom — for example a USTA NTRP rating, a UTR value, or a DUPR rating from pickleball play. Where the profile supports it, you can record such a rating yourself so organizers have more context when reviewing entries.
How external ratings are treated
- They are self-reported: you enter and update them; Sports Axiom does not fetch, verify, or sync them with any provider.
- They are labeled with their source so nobody mistakes them for a Sports Axiom Level.
- They never feed competition math: Sports Axiom standings, platform seeding calculations, tie-breaks, and rating updates use only Sports Axiom data.
