Setting up an event
Flex Tennis events use the authoritative SportsAxiom individual-division format. The creation summary is read-only, and the same format appears in the organizer workspace and on the public event page. Schedule generation and publication stay unavailable if the binding needs an authorized repair.
Importing participant divisions
Download a fresh participant CSV template from the import screen and keep its header row. Division placement in that file is organizer assigned or explicitly unrated; it does not claim that an external rating service checked the player. Upload validation uses the same field manifest that generated the template and reports row problems before commit.
Correcting a participant before play
Use Correct contact on an unclaimed roster row to fix its protected Event contact. Use Correct participantson a singles or doubles entry to preview a replacement before saving. The safe correction keeps the existing entry, match, court, draw, and publication identifiers. A score, outcome disposition, live-play fact, or downstream playoff dependency blocks the correction and sends the organizer to the applicable recovery workflow.
Publication readiness
Publishing an event makes its public page live. Publication requires the basics to be in place — including a public support contact so players always have a person to reach, and the organizer's lightweight business profile so entrants know who is running the event.
The public information pack
Each event carries public information — venue, dates, formats, rule notes, and contact expectations — shown on the event's public page. Keeping it current is the single best support-load reducer an organizer has.
Billing and refunds
Organizers pay to publish; players do not pay Sports Axiom to participate. Entry-fee handling and refund policy between an organizer and players is the organizer's to publish on the event page. Billing questions about your organizer subscription go through the admin billing screen.
Broadcasts and reports
Audience broadcasts and event reports are planned organizer tools; they will appear in the admin console when they ship, and this page will link to their guides.
