Who can enter a score
Either participant of a match (in doubles, either pair) or event staff can enter the score. Scores in Sports Axiom events are always entered by people — a player, an organizer, or the tournament desk — never pulled from an outside feed.
Immediate publication
A valid score entered by either side becomes authoritative immediately. Scheduling a time first is optional. Normally, the updated division standings are persisted before the save reports success. There is no opponent approval or auto-confirm wait. If that immediate standings publication fails exceptionally, the score still stays official and the screen clearly reports that standings recovery is queued or temporarily unavailable.
Corrections and concerns
If either side believes the official score is wrong, use Request admin help or contact the tournament organizer. The organizer can add or override a score with a required reason and an append-only audit trail. Players are never asked to approve the change.
Saved changes that need review
When you make a change without a reliable connection, the mobile app keeps it on your device as pending and tries again when you reconnect. Keep the app signed in and online long enough for pending changes to send.
If a saved change cannot be sent safely, the app marks it as needing review instead of replaying it blindly. Open Review saved changes, check the related match or event, and submit again only if the current server information still calls for it. The review screen never shows the private saved payload.
After checking the match or event, you can choose Remove from this device. That acknowledges and removes only the local saved copy; it does not change server data. Unreviewed items stay on the device until you make that choice.
Admin corrections and the audit trail
Organizers can correct an official score when it was entered incorrectly or a player raises a concern. Every entry and correction records who did it and when, and rating history is replayed after a correction — see score corrections and your rating.
Professional scores
Scores from professional or broadcast tennis never feed Sports Axiom standings, rankings, seeding, tie-breaks, or competition entries. Only what happens inside your event counts in your event.
